Your own personal timings, schedule, and perceptions are not all-encompassing. That’s not fair to their employees, people in other parts of the world, or a lot of other folks. You are insinuating that “people” collectively sleep at the same time you do, so it’s best that Blizzard schedules their maintenance times around, specifically, your sleep schedule. Not sure how that’s so confusing to you, but I’m sorry that flew right over your head.įixed that for you. It’s just my opinion and I’m sorry you’re so triggered, but I just think it’s smart to do maintenance when people are sleeping WHEN I AM SLEEPING so people don’t have to wait I DON’T HAVE TO WAIT for maintenance to be done while we are awake I AM AWAKE. We did the stocking at that time because although the store itself was open 24/7, nobody was actually there. Heck, I worked at a grocery store overnight.

I’ve worked overnights and graveyards myself many times, and it does change your perceptions of when to do things, certainly, as you get used to it.īut at no point did I suddenly expect my local grocery store to have a full complement of staff members available overnight. Your experience as someone who works overnight hours is one that differs from the norm. Banks would have tellers 24/7 or during later hours, restaurants would be busier at midnight than at noon, department stores would be open from 9 PM to 9 AM instead of the other way around.īut that’s not how it is. If working overnight shifts was the norm, more businesses would be open during the night than the day. You could have probably phrased the question better, called less people trolls, and not bragged about “how much money you make” compared to others that might have helped. Yes sir! sorry It’s hard not to get frustrated myself when so many people get offended over a question maybe I should of thought my post through more because I came from my own perspective of working overnight hours for last 5 years and forgot a lot of people work 9 to 5 during the week
